Terms of Service

For customers using QuotesDone to request quotes.

1. What QuotesDone is

QuotesDone is an online marketplace that helps you describe a building, fit-out or facilities job and receive price quotes from independent third-party suppliers in the UAE. QuotesDone is an intermediary. We are not the supplier, contractor or manufacturer, and we do not perform the work ourselves.

2. How it works

You describe your job by text, voice or photo. Our system structures it into a request.
Your request is sent, without your contact details, to matched suppliers.
Suppliers submit prices. The price shown to you includes a service margin retained by QuotesDone.
You stay anonymous until you choose to reveal and accept a quote. After that, you deal with the supplier directly.

3. Pricing and payment

The price you see already includes our margin; there is no separate charge to you for using QuotesDone. Any payment for the actual work is made by you directly to the supplier on terms you agree with them. QuotesDone is not a party to that contract and does not collect, hold or escrow funds for the work.

4. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will receive any quote, that quotes are accurate, or that a supplier will accept or complete the work. Supplier ratings and details are provided for information only. You are responsible for verifying a supplier's suitability, licensing and insurance before engaging them.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your job.
Use the service lawfully and not for spam, fraud or abuse.
Deal fairly and directly with suppliers once revealed.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotesDone is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, delays or disputes of any supplier, nor for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the UAE Consumer Protection Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is shown above. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai.
