You are an independent business. QuotesDone introduces you to potential customers but is not your employer, agent or partner, and is not a party to any contract you form with a customer.
When you submit a quote, that amount is the price you wish to receive for the work. QuotesDone adds a service margin on top, and the customer sees the combined price. The difference (the "QuotesDone fee") is our remuneration for sourcing the lead and operating the platform.
The margin is tiered by quote size (approximately): 10% on jobs up to AED 1,000, reducing in steps to about 3% on jobs of AED 80,000 and above. The exact fee for each quote is calculated automatically and shown to you before you submit.
When a customer reveals and accepts your quote, your contact details are shared with them and the QuotesDone fee for that quote becomes payable to QuotesDone. You agree to honour the quoted amount you submitted and to fulfil the work professionally.
For jobs introduced through QuotesDone, you agree not to deliberately bypass the platform to avoid the fee on that introduced job. Repeated circumvention may result in removal.
You will respond to customers professionally, honour quoted prices and timelines you agree, and comply with applicable UAE law and consumer protection rules. You are solely responsible for the quality, safety and legality of your work.
QuotesDone provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee a volume of leads or jobs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotesDone is not liable for disputes between you and a customer or for any indirect loss.
Information you submit is handled per our Privacy Policy. Company information may be shown to customers as part of a quote and, after reveal, your contact details are shared with that customer.
Either party may stop using the platform at any time; fees already due remain payable. We may update these terms; the current version is shown above. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Dubai.
