How QuotesDone collects and uses information.

1. Who we are

QuotesDone ("we") operates the QuotesDone marketplace. For privacy questions contact management@quotesdone.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email (and phone, if you provide it) used to sign in via one-time code.
Request data: the job details, voice transcripts, photos and dimensions you submit.
Supplier data: business contact and company information for suppliers, some collected from public sources and some provided by suppliers themselves.
Usage data: basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

To understand your request and match it to suitable suppliers.
To send your request to suppliers without revealing your identity until you choose to connect.
To operate, secure and improve the service.

4. AI processing

We use automated/AI tools to convert your voice, photos and text into a structured request and to match suppliers. Submitted content is processed for these purposes only.

5. Sharing

We share the content of your request (not your identity) with matched suppliers. When you reveal a quote, your contact details and the supplier's are exchanged so you can deal directly. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep request and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us.

7. Your rights

Subject to UAE law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update this policy; the current version is shown above. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
